Charter the Lady Essex
Our vessels are available for private charter by both groups and individuals. Schools are most welcome and we can assist with the required risk assessment.
For larger parties it is more cost effective to charter the whole boat and we can tailor an individual package for any occasion. One of our wildlife trips coupled with a meal ashore is ideal for the whole family to celebrate a birthday or anniversary, or perhaps a trip up to Battlesbridge with time ashore?
The Lady Essex III is a Starfish 10, a strong stable and seaworthy craft, she benefits from being dual coded by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency with code of practice CAT 3 for up to 12 passengers, allowing us year round operation up to 20 miles from safe haven in any weather day or night, as well as having her passenger certificate Class V & VI for up to 40 passengers plus crew. Generally for our longer trips we restrict numbers to 30 to allow greater comfort for our passengers. Lady Essex III can be chartered in either catagory with cheaper rates for up to 12 people, which is ideal for birthday or anniversary celebrations. Our most popular charters are for trips to see the seals, trips to the pub, fishing, photography and ashes scattering. Refreshments can be arranged or you may bring your own.
The Deplorer II Our fast reinforced aluminium assault craft has been fitted with a new ultra quiet engine for 2009. This open boat is insured to carry up to 8 passengers but is ideal for up to 5 people. She is available for hire as a water taxi and private charter her shallow draft allows us easy landing virtually anywhere on the Crouch or Roach including Foulness Island.
We can arrange private cost effective seal and wildlife charters, one way trips for walkers, perhaps to the remote untouched Branklet beach or the Wetlands. We can explore tiny creeks and even land you at Paglesham creekhead a short walk to the superb Punchbowl at Churchend.

Shore fishermen can get effortlessly to the more distant and better fishing marks. Or perhaps a few hours fishing. We aim to offer fly fishing for Bass and Mullet during the summer.
